Clair works personally with every client, coordinating each project from start to finish so that every scheme is a true collaboration between you and her team. Clear communication is central to our approach, and we aim to make the process an enjoyable one whilst delivering exceptional service and beautifully considered spaces. We understand that interiors are both a financial and emotional investment, so we manage every project carefully to ensure it runs smoothly, on time and within budget.

The process

Initial consultation

Meet at your property to discuss requirements, style preferences, budget, timescales, and the design process.

Fee proposal

Following the consultation, you will receive a detailed fee proposal outlining services and costs and the design process begins on your approval.

Project coordination and administration

We offer as much support as your project requires from the outset, arranging contractor visits and quotes, and regularly visiting site to review progress.

Site survey

A full survey includes measurements, photographs, and/or videos to create accurate 2D floor plans, elevations and 3D visuals.

Concept designs and spatial planning

Concepts designs are presented as mood boards and furniture layouts, refined at next stage after client feedback.

Design development

Layouts and mood boards are refined and 3D visuals produced. Samples are sourced and the design plans presented.

Design finalisation

Following feedback, final plans are approved before moving to the next stage.

Plans and schedules

Electrical and lighting plans and elevations are produced alongside schedules: decorative, lighting, finishes, bathroom and tiling, and window treatments.

FF&E budget management

All Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) specifications and costs are compiled and presented for approval before ordering.

Procurement, deliveries and quality control

We procure the approved goods and services, coordinate and meet deliveries and trades and check goods.

Bespoke furniture commissioning

Bespoke furniture drawings can also be provided. We design, produce, and install bespoke furniture with specialist cabinet makers and carpenters.

Installation and styling

We arrange the installation and styling of the goods and services we supply. Unless specifically asked not to, we arrange a photo shoot of the finished interiors.
